MAROIS Consulting · Engineering

Engineering.

Develop and industrialise service products – services, digital services, equipment, spare parts. And get legacy machines running again.

Overview

Developing service products – physical, as a service, digital.

At MAROIS, engineering means turning a service need into a product that can be sold, delivered and maintained. That can be a maintenance kit, a service contract, a remote portal or a tool case. From idea to industrialisation – with bill of materials, price, process and field rollout. And when hardware is needed: own workshop, access to engineers and to service technicians who know machines that officially no longer exist.

01 · Service products

From service need to sellable product.

Service contracts, maintenance kits, retrofits, upgrade packages, extended warranties – developed through to industrialisation, with bill of materials, price, process and field rollout. Scope and price are tailored to your product: Send a request →

Want to anchor service in product development from the start? That's a consulting topic: Module: service in product development →

02 · Digital services

Service that starts without a site visit.

Remote diagnostics, customer portals, monitoring and predictive maintenance, digital spare parts catalogues, customer self-service. Concept, vendor selection, pilot and rollout – not the software itself, but the service product around it.

03 · Equipment & tools

What the technician holds in their hands.

Made-to-measure service cases, test and diagnostic tools, fixtures, brackets – developed from the job profile, built in small batches in the own workshop or with partners.

04 · Spare parts & legacy machines

Sourcing what no longer exists.
Repairing what nobody wants to repair.

Discontinued components, spare parts without manufacturer support, end-of-service machines that still have to run: worldwide component search, form-fit-function alternatives, reverse engineering and remanufacturing in tiny quantities – and an “old hand” from my pool of experienced service technicians and engineers who looks at the machine on site and repairs (almost) anything.
