How I work.
No buzzwords, no 200-page reports that disappear in a drawer. Instead: understand, plan, implement, secure.
Results, not documents.
In 25 years I've learned: the best concepts are worthless if they're not implemented. That's why I always work hands-on — close to the team, close to reality. I bring the knowledge, but we develop the solutions together.
Consulting that works doesn't end with the final report. It ends when the team can do it themselves.
From the first conversation to lasting impact.
I start by listening. Conversations with you, your team, your customers (where possible). I analyse processes, KPIs and moods — without hasty judgements. Only when I truly understand your reality do I make a proposal.
Duration: 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
No 80-page strategy papers. A clear, prioritised action plan with realistic timeframes and measurable goals. What first, what later, what not at all — and why.
Output: one-page master plan + detailed phase plan.
I actively accompany the implementation. That means: I'm in the important meetings, give real-time feedback, remove blockers and adapt the plan when reality demands it. Results count, not hours.
Format: regular on-site sessions + asynchronous support.
What we've built should work without me. That's why at the end I invest deliberately in knowledge transfer — through documentation, training and clear handovers. Goal: your team is independent.
Closing: final briefing + 30-day follow-up.
Honesty is part of it.
I've spent 25 years in practice — not in an ivory tower. What I recommend, I've experienced myself.
I'm not a team of 20 consultants. I'm one person — personal, direct and without overhead.
I don't want you to depend on me permanently. My success is measured by you no longer needing me.
If I think an idea is wrong, I say so — respectfully, but clearly. I owe you that.
