Project 002 – LARS
This was my very first Mini-ITX build – the starting point of MAROIS Projects. At the time, I was unable to do sports due to illness and decided to return to gaming instead. Since I hadn’t owned a PC for years, the idea came up to build one myself. After my first bit of research, I chose the Cooler Master NR200P MAX case – compact, powerful, and a great entry into the SFF (Small Form Factor) world.
In the end, gaming itself didn’t capture me – but the art of building PCs did. That passion grew quickly, and while this build was still running, I was already planning and assembling my next project, 003 Nebula Core.
The first build will always be special to me. Despite its relative simplicity compared to later creations, it marked the beginning of this journey. The PC was sold to Lars, which is why this project carries his name. Today, the system has found a great home and is actively used for gaming – exactly what it was built for.
