Project 004 – Onyx
After diving deep into the world of custom PC building, I fell in love with the FormD T1. Unfortunately, it’s notoriously difficult to get – but the almost identical NCASE T1 was available, so I ordered one. After weeks of waiting, the case finally arrived from China.
Once I started assembling it, I realized the stock AIO cover wasn’t what I wanted. So, I decided to create my own – and to do that, I bought a 3D printer. Yet another rabbit hole opened up, which has since become a whole new hobby.
The details mattered just as much: I replaced the case screws with red anodized screws, perfectly complementing the red & black theme. I also made custom cables for the build, ensuring a clean and tailored look. To finish the design, I ordered an original tinted glass side panel directly from FormD, giving the system its final sleek touch.
The result is an absolute powerhouse in a small form factor – a true dream PC that has been my reliable daily companion for the last weeks.
